The initial reveal roster consisted of Goku and Monkey D. Luffy, the two title characters of the most famous and highest selling Jump manga of all time, and the relative newcomer, Toriko, from the franchise of the same name. Shortly after the 2013 re-reveal, a teaser trailer was released, highlighting each character performing a signature move, as well as confirming Naruto Uzimaki, from the extremely famous and highly regarded Naruto manga.
